Shawn is married to Krystal Brunson and is a proud father to three daughters and a grandfather to one grandson. With a diverse background working directly with landowners, he brings a well-rounded and practical perspective to real estate.

Before joining Brunson Real Estate, Shawn owned and operated a trucking company, hauling cattle from South Texas to Wyoming. Over the past three years, he shifted into renewable energy and land services—leasing land for solar, wind, BESS, and thermal projects across Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado, and securing right-of-way easements and purchase options for major developers.

Shawn’s experience gives him a deep understanding of both landowners’ needs and what makes a property valuable for recreation, ranching, farming, or development. His ability to communicate clearly and work respectfully with landowners makes him a strong advocate for both buyers and sellers.
